Only 2 customers affected... you are lucky! We have a PM4 with 150 modems
and 3,000 customers and about 20% are affected this way. We have a USR
Total Control with 60 modems thankfully and each and everyone that suffers
the problem on the PM4 CAN connect fine to the Total Control.
We have started going to our customers premises and leaving them with a new
3com Sportster 56k and the first two we tried are fine on the Sportster to
our PM4. However some of the older Sportsters and Couriers have the problem
to the PM4. :-(
