(PMOD) Beta disclosure

I would like to gently remind beta sites that they signed a
nondisclosure agreement as part of becoming a beta site, and that
they're not supposed to be talking about beta releases on the public
mailing lists. Use your beta feedback channels for beta issues.

ComOS 3.8.2c2 is completely appropriate subject matter for
portmaster-modems, since its not a beta release.
