What version of the HCF drivers is this client using?

I have a client who can only connect at 26400 with his Acer system. He
tried connecting to AOL, and gets a 56K connection every time. He would
rather get a 56K connection with my service.

His HCF Driver version is 2.1.2.110.4, checked Acers ftp site and according
to their index file they only have 2.1.1.110.4 available for download.

I upgraded my pm3 to 3.8.2c2 about 1 day 10 hours ago.

What is the latest version of the HCF drivers that is available and where?
