Craig,

One of my tech support co-workers told me yesterday that Motorola released
some new code for the SM56 that fixes problems when connecting to an ISP
with PM3s. You may already have heard that but I thought I'd mention it.
A new cusomter with an SM56 couldn't connect at all so we had her upgrade
the modem using an AOL connection she still had. As a result she was able
to connect to us but only at 14.4k Never-the-less she was happy because
she didn't have to use AOL anymore.
