We have an issue here where a lot of our customers are located in an
extended calling area, and the supraMAX modems, I guess it'd be the same
for the express, but the only thing that seems to work is the 4 commas
after the phone number.

Apparently that extended calling area hoses up the process, and confuses
the modem. I havn't done any tracing or anything yet to evaluate what is
going on, we just did what it took to get them connected...

I don't know if that helps anyone, but would be interested in hearing what
other people have done to combat this type of problem. :)
