LT Winmodems have issues with PM3s and PM4s when they have firmware ver
4.0 or below loaded. (Made Lucent Tech. crap in pants when they found out
that their own modems didn't work with their dialup equipment.) Load
firmware ver 5.39 from www.808hi.com/56k/x2-lucent.html.
