(PMOD) 56k voice-win problems

Has anyone else had connection problems from customers with brand new Dell
boxes with the USR 56k voice-win modem? We are running both PM3 with ComOS
3.8.2.c2 and PM4 with 4.0.3c2.

If anyone knows of a working fix for this modem, please let me know.
