Looks like a fairly standard HCF chipset modem using 2.1.2.135 software. You
should be able to upgrade it with 2.1.2.156 software as outlined at 808hi.com

Read the technical notes on the release of 3.8.2c2 and note they are still
having problems with HCF modems. Personally I found 2.1.2.156 reasonably
stable with 3.8.2c2.
