(PMOD) ModemBlaster 5630 - Disconnect SOONER?

I was attempting to find some documentation on the Creative ModemBlaster
DI 5630, concerning call waiting. A customer says that when she was
connected to another provider, her modem disconnected her when she was
getting another call. And now that she's using us, she claims that it no
longer does that. Anyways, what I'm looking for is some sort of string
or command which will tell the modem to hang up quickly, in time to
receive any of these voice calls. Her line does not have call waiting,
nor are any of the associated paraments for call waiting enforced.
