(PMOD) Modem problems...PM3's only???

Is Livingston the only people having problems with their modem codes?
If not who else can we turn to? We are looking to buy another box and
can't afford to purchase from Livingston anymore because of the modem
issues.

Does USR Total Control boxes have the same problems? How about Ascend
or Cisco?
