(PMOD) Reboots

Yesterday, I rebooted my PM3, OS 3.8.2c. . The reason for the re-boot was
that I wanted to clear the error log on my PRI lines.

Afterwards, I had a customer call saying that after that his ability to stay
connected was fine, wheras he'd been getting disconnected.

Why would a reboot improve his connection stability? Others were staying
connected fine.
