Re: (PMOD) Ascend modem problems

I got opinions from a popular VAR they had gathered from their
customers and summarized about the various access servers. The Portmaster
was ranked high but noted modem code problems. So did the Ascend although
it didn't mention specifically if it was the TNT or Max 6000 series. The
USR TC equipment was ranked high for modem code but tech support was
ranked really low and also noted expensive tech support and upgrades. The
Cisco 52xx series was listed also but not many notes since it's not used
very often.
