The ISDN data line phone number is 457-XXXX. My voice number (the other
ISDN channel) is 457-XXXX.

I use a Motorola BitSURFR Pro ISDN terminal adapter. My PC runs Windows
95. What happens is that my connection to Sasquatch just freezes for a
minute or two or three. Nothing responds, not ping, not Web access, not
e-mail. Then it just starts going again as if nothing had happened. I
usually log in between 8 pm - 11 pm, and the problem may occur 10 to 20
minutes after I connect, but it is very unpredictable. Some days it never
occurs at all, and some times it'll happen a hour after I've connected.
This problem never occurred with my two previous ISPs, so I suspect it is
something on your side.

My computer is IBM compatible with a Iwill SCSI motherboard at 400 Mhz
Pentium II-100 Mhz bus with 256 MB of ram. All my drives are SCSI II, 20
MB transfer rate. The modem is a 3Com Impact IQ external ISDN modem set
at 128kbs. My graphics card is a Diamond Stealth III S540,
with AGP 2X, and 32MB of onboard video ram. I hope this enough
information, if not, please
feel free to ask away.
