(PMOD) Motorola CELLect 900 GSM Modem

Has anyone else got one of these reliably connecting to their pm3's? I'm
running ComOS 3.8.2c2 on PM3-2E on PRI and can only get this to work if I
disable LAPM.

The version of the 900 series modem is V1.00.5359.011098 according to
ATI3.
