Re: (PMOD) Limiting PCTel Connect Speed

Help,
I have tried the below list of settings as well as the inits on the
Unofficial Portmasters web page. I can log the modem in through a hyper
terminal session. Here is what the log sees.
Mon Aug 23 15:17:33 1999: Received-Authentication: 141/1988 '\0x94\0xb1y'
this is not the users login name.
We have removed dun and tcp/ip several times as well as removed and
reinstalled the modem with the latest drivers. Winsocks have been renamed
and .pwl files have been deleted. Diagnostics reports no errors. It just
appears to pass garbage when trying to connect with tcp/ip.. Any help would
be greatly appreciated.
