(PMOD) Frequent disconnects

In the two weeks I'm noticing an epidemic of users getting disconnected
after 4 or 5 minutes online. Users are dialing into my PM-3's with
3.8.2c2... I really don't know where to start. I've called the telephone
company, they've given all of my PRI a clean bill of health. I've had some
users upgrade their modems firmware and that hasn't helped for the most
part... What else is there to try? I'm running out of answers for my
users.

Can anyone shed any light on this situation? I would appreciate anything
anyone can do to point me in the right direction.
