Last week I had a Total Control unit quit working. It had one PRI on it at
the time. After we tried everything with the TC we replaced the cable and
it started working. It was 10:00 at night, no one around. The cable just
went nuts. We tried the old cable again and it just wouldn't work with that
cable. We had used it for 2 months.
