(PMOD) USR voice winmodem

I have a few customers that are just starting to have problems dialing in
with there US Robotics voice winmodems. Is there any good modem strings
out there to help them get contected. They both can't get 56k connect
speed anywas because they live out aways from town.

I well talk any help I can get.
