I doubt it as the DSP's in use are very different. The
Ascend products use Conexant (formerly Rockwell) DSP's and their
firmware, while the Portmaster products use Lucent DSP's and
firmware developed by the Lucent DSP group..

If anything, I would expect future versions of the
Ascend based hardware to move to using Lucent DSP's.
