Yeah, I've seen the same crap. One guy couldn't connect to anything we had
and we finally got lucky and put a check in "enable software" compression
(for some reason he had it unchecked) and it fixed it. He still couldn't
dial into the PM3 though. Just the analog modems.

That's one of the most difficult decisions we have right - get rid of the
expensive analog lines or not?
