In recent months, I've seen several of these advertised and at stores...
some claim to connect at 28.8kbps, but it really depends on the quality of
the microphone and speaker on the telephone you're coupling to.
Typically, 2400 - 9600 is all you're going to get.
In a pinch, however, it can be just what the doctor ordered.
