(PMOD) Bouncing modems

Generally, the first thing that I do is recommend they add "ATS10=30" to
their settings. It's a quick fix sometimes. Sometimes it works and sometimes
it doesn't. I've also found that sometimes these disconnections are caused by
the driver software itself. Get them to deinstall and reinstall that software.
(Or
have them use the USR Sportster 28800 internal driver with a maximum speed
of 115200. It won't report connect speeds accurately but it might work.)
