Does anyone have a good init string for USR Winmodems? I have a user with
one, and since I upgraded to ComOS 3.9b22 he can only connect at 28800,
whereas he had previously been in the 40k range. I have tried the commas
after the number, limiting his speed to 57600, and disabling FIFO buffers,
but no luck.
This is on a Windows NT system.
