(PMOD) Cirrus Logic init string

I did a bad thing a while back, and posted an incorrect init string for
these garbage Cirrus Logic MD-56xx modems. Anyway, I was working on one
last night, and realized that my init string wasn't working, so I
started doing some research, and found that I had remembered it wrong.
I think I'd better correct it for the archives. In a post some time
ago, I said that you could lock the Cirrus to V.34 with:

+MS=V34B

This is not correct. The modem won't take this. You have to do this
instead:

+MS=V34B,1,0,33600

or

+MS=V34,1,0,33600

Whether you add the "B" or not seems to depend on the modem. Some
require it, some don't. Anyway, sorry for the mis-information!
