LAPM DISCONNECT means that the client sent the server a DISCONNECT packet.
This is typically a NORMAL disconnect, but if you have a particular client
that exhibits this as a NON-NORMAL disconnect, please open a ticket with
Lucent RABU/INS Tech support.
