For Lucent Controller based clients, S109 sets the V.90 preference.
S109=0 disables V.90
S109=1 (default) preference depends on the release
S109=2 prefers V.90
By the way, S38 controls 56K in general
S38=0 disables 56K (Flex and V.90)
S38=1 enables 56K
For Lucent Controller-less clients (LTWINMODEMS)
-V90=0 disables V.90
-V90=1 enables V.90
S38=0 disables Flex
S38=1 enables Flex
The preference is built into the release.
Don't complain to me that they are different.
