Get the latest 3COM flash upgrade. The wizard does not offer DOV, so you
have to used the console program if you need. Watch out when changing the
password, the wizard allows any length, but the unit won't take anything
over 8. I've never figured out if it trauncates, or what but you have to
re-flash the rom to get out of it.

Aside of those points, we have good luck with them.
