(PMOD) Can't stay connected

I have a customer with a Pionex computer running an Aztec PCI modem. I
downloaded the V.90 upgrade for his modem but this didn't help his
situation. He is only staying connected for about 25 minutes on the
average. I am running ComOS 3.9b26 at present, but he had this problem
when I used 3.8.2 also. Occasionally the PM Acct-Termination-Cause is
User-Error but mostly it is User-Request. Any suggestions about this
would be most helpful and appreciated.
