The Merit 2.4 release of RADIUS (warts and all -- contact me for the
diffs if you haven't been reading the list) runs under OSF/1 with all
the above mentioned C2 level security stuff (see the Makefile). The
code changes are in unix_pass() in authenticate.c near the end of the
file. We are running that version within MichNet at at least two and
maybe three sites...
