Thank you for your help. I grabed Merit, compiled it and I am ready to
install it. I have read some information which was available in the
package. I have a few questions:

1. Do I need a RADIUS server AND a LAS server? In the documentation there
is mention of LAS, RADIUS, OAAS and HGAS. I don't think I need all that,
but I am not sure what I need. I just want to do simple user authorization
AND accounting.

2. If I need both RADIUS and LAS, can I have them on the same UNIX
machine? Do they have different deamons?

3. In the short example of the user file I noticed options like Filter,
Maximum-Time, Simultaneous-Use. Is there a list of all options I can
use? Where can I get some documentation, a manual or something that will
help my guessing game?
