accounting script

I have radius 1.16.
Did anybody wrote a script (or program) to reformat (process) the
accounting file (detail)?. For example, to import it in some database or
to create a fix-formateed file or to create some reports or to create some
billing process. I am very new with Radius and ANY help is a BIG HELP!
