We recently installed Merit's RADIUS+LAS on our highest numbered Portmaster.

All seems well save no accounting records are generated.

What are the most common cockpit errors which would cause this?

Running on BSDI 2.0, ComOS 3.1.4, Radius 2.4.14 (with LAS).
