Radius and dual logins

Currently I would like to disable multi-logins from the same account.
I have tested the code Scott made available and it is not very
accurate as to who is actually ALREADY connected. Something along the
lines of REALTIME who is online would be much more effecient than
depending on datafiles that will be wrong should radius get shutdown
or the server reboot...

Does anyone have a solution for something such as this? I know when
we start using ISDN this will become an issue for 128kb people, but
we plan to run them off another radius server anyway.
