I've got an AATV that does this. It's not been cleaned up for public
consumption, but I'd be happy to let you (or anyone else) have the
code if you know how to compile it into RADIUS.

It's yet to be modified so that you can specify the file in the
third field, right now you just modify the source. But I'll get
around to that one day.

Now that I think about it, actually, perhaps it would be better
to modify the Unix-PW authentication to take an option third
argument specifying the location of the passwd-style file to use.
What do you think, William?
