I beg your pardon? If the daemon receives invalid data, it should deal
with the situation, not blow up. The portmaster may have triggered it,
but that doesn't make it Livingston's fault.

Now, on the other hand, if Livingston could see their way clear to
doing accounting with TCP instead of UDP, that would be welcome. Even
if they could switch to a reliable UDP (positive acknowledge required)
it would help.
