USR Sportster Init

I have some trouble with my USR sportster 28.8 (fax,modem).

I connect to PM2E30 (ComOS 3.2.1) from my Linux.

I got some hangup during the connection or the connection freeze
and after 10 second -> hangup.

What is the good init string ?
