A shareware called "RADIUS TACACS Server for Windows" is now available that
can authenticate users against time-of-day, no of concurrent logins, RAS
addresses, etc.. Included in the package is an accounting utility that can
generate usage reports from the log file. This software is fully GUI with
on-line context sensitive help.
