Compiling Radius on Unixware 2.1

How do you get Radius to compile on Unixware 2.1 ?
I added -Dunixware and the right libs as instructed in
the Makefile, but when I compile it gets all the
way to version.c and says
UX: cc: ERROR -o would overwrite version.o
Please help.
