Portmaster Setup Question

One of our portmasters seems to misinterpret the disconnect command
(+++) as a new authentication attempt for some reason. It takes +++
as the username and formats a RADIUS authentication request with it.
The other portmaster is not exhibiting such behavior. Any ideas how
to fix this?
