Cut off

Some of my users have been reporting line cut off.
Normally I would dismiss this as user error but it
seems to be to prevalent. I not sure if this is a
user, radius, or pormaster problem.

I think I read somewhere this might be cured by a
portmaster ver update. Mine is 3.1.4

Any help would be appreciated.
