Looks like you haven't updated your RADIUS dictionary file to reflect
the new attributes introduced in ComOS 3.3.1, per the 3.3.1 release
notes:

That's what causes the "unknown attribute 61" message. It's
irritating, but harmless, as long as you're not depending on any of
the new attributes for proper function.
