Radius is UDP based protocol so passing it through an application level
firewall is problematic. You can not just apply a plug board proxy,
because Radius is UDP and the return address is taken directly from
the packet.
If no proxy exists, then some source for a radius client would be good
starting point. Perhaps I would hack together such proxy.
