Okay, then check the network between you and the PortMaster. Also
check if you are dual homed or using secondary interface addresses
on your thernet. The portmaster will only accept responses from the
IP addresses in the configuration. If the response comes from a
source IP address other than the ones listed, the PortMaster will
ignore it.

Beyond that you probably need to call in or email support@livingston.com
and get a case opened.
