Well, one of the best I know is to create custom filters on PM that
will allow only certain traffic flow, and then to bind it with the user
in "users" file.
You should include POP-3, SMTP, and DOMAIN into the allowed traffic.
Considering billing s/w, I really don't think that there is anything ready
made for custom processing of the log files (guys... correct me if I'm wrong).
You will need to make that by yourself.
