I think the thing that bothers us is what does 'soon' mean? I know its
hard to say but those with pressing problems really need to know is soon
means 3 months. If so, no big deal. They will need to work around their
issues some other way ie, a custom hack of their own. We just need to be
kept better informed. Some very loyal customers feel they are being kept
in the dark on some important issues.
