Are you sure that it's not instead simply out of order? I see that
often. I check the ticket numbers to make sure they are incrementing -
if the ticket I just got is *older* than the one in my 'current' database,
I ignore it, as it's old info by now. My database is not out of date
often, but thing things are *really*, it does happen.
