Bad Authenticator

I have a some-what re-occuring Radius NT problem. I have these two
users, "rayj" and "jjenkins." When we first started out I noticed that
these two users were not getting authenticated. Radius was spitting
back

Bad Authenticator "rayj" from: portmaster4.rmci.net - ID 209

Also get this error for jjenkins. Well this has been going on for a
week and a half. About every 10 minutes Radius flys and gives me the
same error over and over for about three pages.

Know I now that these two customers are getting online because I can
see them logged on. I am just wondering what the purpose of this
error is and what I can do to get rid of it?
