RadiusNT 1.16.31 has the update dictionary for this. The
entries are:

ATTRIBUTE Session-Timeout 27 integer
ATTRIBUTE Idle-Timeout 28 integer

You can create a user like:

username<TAB>Password = "password"
<TAB>User-Service = Framed-User
<TAB>Idle-Timeout = 120

Make sure you realize Radius talks seconds, and the portmaster talks
minutes. Also make sure you get the tab correct between username
and password since RadiusNT allows spaces in the username.
