I very much agree

The Problem is you have to stay competive with others in the area. They are offering
the same account for the same price. How could I then turn around and say but you are
limited to the time you spend online. I have no beef with someone who is actually in
front of the computer working. I do however have a beef with someone who averages
23.75 hours a day in a months time. That to me is a dedicated account. I would not be
alive long if I spent 23.75 hours in front of the computer.

The same principle holds true if you rent and the landlord includes water/gas in the
cost of your rent does that mean that you can turn every water facet in your home on
full blast and leave it on 24 X 7 every month or turn every burner on the stove in your
kitchen on full blast to heat your home. I think any court in the world would agree.
We have clauses that state you cannot us any automated process to keep you online or
run any automated process to reconnect you if you disconnect. We also state that it is
unlimited interactive use. I would love to charge the users for time over so many
hours and as a matter of fact did try that in the beginning but had too many people
turn down my service because I put a 400 hour limit on the service. they stated I can
get unlimited right next door for the same price. So what is one to do....

I did not come here to debate weather or not it was right I do not really agree with it
either but you cant filter out pings and pop3's so what else can I do. I came asking
if there was something I could do if there were others out there that have encountered
this and what have they done. Thanks to many I have my answer. Now the question I
have to ask myself is should I actually do it. This I am not sure.

Thanks for all the help

Chris
