detail file not being written to

Anyone help me with this? I have read archived messages in this list,
checked radiusd install docs, and checked permissions..

I have done everything that these sources have suggested and the detail
file in /var/adm/radacct/ts1 still is not written to. This use to work
until two particular machines were switched names & IPs... accounting
is set to the correct machine and radiusd authentification works fine.
Here is some output from /etc/radiusd -x, which I don't understand the
